- Before Order Confirmation: You can cancel your order anytime before it is confirmed by the store. Full refund will be processed.
- After Order Confirmation: Once the order is confirmed and being prepared, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact customer support immediately.
- During Delivery: Orders cannot be cancelled once they are out for delivery.

- Go to "My Orders" section
- Select the order you wish to cancel
- Click on "Cancel Order" button
- Select a reason for cancellation
- Confirm cancellation

3. Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy covers:
Eligible for Return:
- Damaged or defective products
- Wrong items delivered
- Missing items from your order
- Expired or near-expiry products (within 7 days of expiry)
- Quality issues with fresh produce
Not Eligible for Return:
- Perishable items after delivery (unless damaged/defective)
- Products with broken seals or packaging
- Personal care items that have been opened
- Items damaged due to misuse
