1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Here's our cancellation policy:

  • Before Order Confirmation: You can cancel your order anytime before it is confirmed by the store. Full refund will be processed.
  • After Order Confirmation: Once the order is confirmed and being prepared, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact customer support immediately.
  • During Delivery: Orders cannot be cancelled once they are out for delivery.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order:

  1. Open the Froob app or website
  2. Go to "My Orders" section
  3. Select the order you wish to cancel
  4. Click on "Cancel Order" button
  5. Select a reason for cancellation
  6. Confirm cancellation

3. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy covers:

Eligible for Return:

  • Damaged or defective products
  • Wrong items delivered
  • Missing items from your order
  • Expired or near-expiry products (within 7 days of expiry)
  • Quality issues with fresh produce

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Perishable items after delivery (unless damaged/defective)
  • Products with broken seals or packaging
  • Personal care items that have been opened
  • Items damaged due to misuse

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Provide order details and reason for return
  3. Share photos of the product (if damaged/defective)
  4. Our team will verify and approve the return
  5. Keep the product in its original packaging
  6. Our delivery partner will collect the item

5. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days from return approval
  • Partial Refunds: May be granted for items with minor defects
  • Delivery Charges: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

6. Replacement Policy

For damaged or defective items, we offer replacements:

  • Replacement will be provided subject to availability
  • If replacement is not available, full refund will be processed
  • No additional charges for replacement delivery
  • Replacement must be requested within 24 hours of delivery
